BPExch Terms and Conditions – Your Rights, Our Rules, Everything Explained Clearly

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and BPExch ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing bpexch, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service available on bpexch. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an account on bpexch and place bets, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your individual circumstances.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on bpexch or any affiliated platform.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Providing false details at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active account on bpexch. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted.

BPExch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bpexch account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. BPExch will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

Password Security

You should use a strong, unique password for your bpexch account that you do not use on any other platform. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bpexch support immediately at support@bpexch-bangla.com and change your password as soon as possible.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details – particularly your mobile number and email address – accurate and up to date. BPExch uses these details for account verification, withdrawal processing and important platform communications. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing or cause you to miss important account security notifications.

No Account Transfers

Your bpexch account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or otherwise assigned to any other person. Attempting to transfer account ownership is a violation of these Terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

BPExch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods:

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. BPExch does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.

Standard account withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during operational hours. BPExch VIP Club members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing. Diamond tier members benefit from instant automated withdrawals available around the clock.

Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits must come from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. BPExch has anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required. Funds deposited must be from legitimate sources. Deposits from third parties on your behalf are not permitted.

All bets placed on bpexch are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as the sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will take precedence for that specific market.

Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account history. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted. BPExch is not responsible for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on bpexch is Rs 50 for most markets. Maximum stakes vary by market type, event tier and account history. BPExch reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on individual markets, specific events or for specific accounts without prior notice.

Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on bpexch are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. A bet is settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, not the odds at the time of the event outcome. In-play odds are subject to suspension and re-opening as events progress.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. All in-play bets are accepted subject to current odds and market availability. BPExch reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice. Any bets placed during a period of market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

BPExch offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general principles apply to all bpexch promotions:

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address or payment method unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal from the bonus-affected balance is processed. The specific multiplier (e.g. 10×, 20×, 30×) is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher (for sports and esports) or at full-stake on casino games count towards wagering requirements. Each-way bets count only the win portion.
• BPExch reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who are mid-wagering on a cancelled bonus will have the requirement removed and any remaining bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonuses are granted in PKR and all wagering calculations are in PKR.
• Abuse of promotions – including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus terms, matched betting using multiple accounts, and coordination with other players to farm bonuses – will result in bonus cancellation, account restriction and possible permanent closure.

BPExch reserves the right to void any bet or group of bets in the following circumstances:

• Obvious pricing errors: Where odds were published at a price that was clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error – for example, a significant favourite displayed at 100.00 – the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Market integrity concerns: Where there is reasonable suspicion that match-fixing, manipulation or insider information may have influenced the outcome of an event, bpexch may withhold settlement pending investigation.
• Event cancellation or postponement: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If postponed, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 24 hours of the original start time, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Technical failure: If a technical failure in the bpexch platform affects odds or bet acceptance in a way that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, affected bets may be voided.
• Terms violation: Bets placed in violation of these Terms – for example by a player who has self-excluded or whose account was under restriction – will be voided.

Where bpexch voids a bet without any fault on the player's side, the full original stake is returned to the player's account balance within 24 hours. BPExch's decisions on void bets are final following the internal review process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets without manual intervention.
• Operating multiple accounts or using other people's accounts to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Placing bets using information obtained through insider access to sporting events, including information not publicly available.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any technical error, system glitch or software vulnerability in the bpexch platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other tools to disguise your location or identity in ways that violate these Terms.
• Making deposits through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering or using bpexch to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

BPExch collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at /privacy-policy. By registering on bpexch, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal information you provide – including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address and payment method details – will be used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with legal obligations. BPExch will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

BPExch uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely impenetrable and that bpexch cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

BPExch is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be decreased at any time. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual betting sessions after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which your account is suspended from betting activity. This cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from bpexch for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.

BPExch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice in cases where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to provide adequate identity verification documents when requested.
• Detection of underage gambling.
• Request by the account holder to close their account.
• Prolonged inactivity – accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Any remaining balance will be preserved and returned upon request.

Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons not related to player fault – such as the platform ceasing operations in a specific area – all verified balances will be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bpexch support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their respective market outcomes and any winnings added to the balance before final settlement.

BPExch may update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, and a notice will be displayed prominently on the bpexch platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Minor updates – such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors or additions that expand player rights rather than restrict them – may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of bpexch after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
