Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name (as it appears on your CNIC), email address, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Choose a username and password, select your preferred payment method and accept the Terms and Conditions. Submit the form, verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to you and your bpexch account is active. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use any service on bpexch. Age is confirmed at registration and again during KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance refunded to the verified account holder.

No. Each person is permitted to hold only one bpexch account. Registering multiple accounts – whether to claim extra bonuses or any other reason – is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it.

BPExch requires CNIC verification as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. It is required before processing your first withdrawal to confirm that the account belongs to you and that you are 18 or older. You will be asked to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC. Your document is stored with AES-256 encryption and is only accessed by authorised staff. We do not share it with third parties.

Go to Account Settings after login and select Personal Details. You can update your email address and mobile number there. Changing your mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and new number for security. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support at support@bpexch-bangla.com with identity verification to assist you.

If you wish to close your bpexch account permanently, contact our support team at support@bpexch-bangla.com. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. If you are closing your account because of concerns about your gambling habits, we recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead of full closure, as it provides additional protections.
Deposits & Payments in PKR

BPExch accepts the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion fees. You can manage your saved payment methods from the Cashier section after login.

The minimum deposit on bpexch is Rs 200. This applies to all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification. VIP Club members may have higher transaction limits available.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your bpexch account within seconds to a few minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits process similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits process within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.

First, check your Easypaisa/JazzCash or bank statement to confirm the transaction actually went through and was deducted from your balance. If money was deducted but has not appeared in your bpexch account within the normal processing window, contact support at support@bpexch-bangla.com. Include your registered email, the payment method used, the exact amount in PKR, and the transaction reference or screenshot from your mobile wallet. We will trace and resolve it promptly.
Withdrawals

After login, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR you wish to withdraw and confirm the request. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading your CNIC. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process without additional document requirements unless there is a significant change in your activity pattern.

The minimum withdrawal amount on bpexch is Rs 500. You can withdraw via the same methods used for deposits – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals go to the payment method associated with your verified account details.

Standard withdrawals on bpexch are processed within 24 hours on business days. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive fastest, often within a few hours of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing, which is typically completed within a few hours.

In most cases, withdrawals process within the stated timeframes. Delays can occur if your KYC documents are still being reviewed, if there is an unusually high volume of requests, or if the withdrawal triggered an additional security review. Check your email – bpexch may have sent you a request for further verification. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours without communication, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
Bonuses & Promotions

The 100% welcome bonus on bpexch is credited automatically after your first PKR deposit – you do not need to enter a code or contact support. The bonus matches your deposit up to Rs 10,000. It is available for use on sports betting (minimum odds 1.5), live casino and esports. The wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount and it is valid for 30 days from credit. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as cash. On bpexch, the welcome bonus wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount. So if you receive Rs 2,000 as a bonus, you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Qualifying bets are those placed at odds of 1.5 or higher on sports or on live casino and esports markets.

After login, visit the Refer a Friend section to get your unique referral link. Share it with friends and family in Pakistan. When someone registers using your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a PKR bonus credited to your accounts. There is no cap on the number of people you can refer. Each successful referral counts when your friend's first deposit is verified.

The VIP Club on bpexch rewards you with points every time you place a qualifying bet on sports, live casino or esports. Points accumulate and progress you through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers. Betting Odds & Cricket

BPExch uses decimal odds. The odds shown represent your total return per Rs 1 staked, including your original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet would return Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake) if your bet wins. Higher decimal odds mean a less likely outcome with a higher potential return. You can see your potential win calculated in PKR on the bet slip before you confirm any bet.

BPExch covers all major cricket formats including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20s, ODIs, Test matches and domestic tournaments. Available markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total sixes, fall of next wicket, next over runs and many same-match markets. In-play betting allows you to place bets while a match is ongoing, with odds updating in real time ball by ball.

If a match is cancelled before it starts, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and your stake is returned to your bpexch PKR balance. If a match starts but is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for settlement (typically 5 per side in T20), bets are voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets placed after the minimum threshold has been reached, different rules may apply as specified in our betting rules on the Terms and Conditions page.

The minimum stake on most bpexch betting markets is Rs 50. Some speciality or same-match markets may have a slightly higher minimum. The maximum stake per bet depends on the market, your account tier and the specific event. VIP Club members have access to higher maximum bet limits. All stakes and returns are displayed in PKR on your bet slip before you confirm.
Live Casino, Poker & Esports

The Live Casino on bpexch streams real casino tables with professional human dealers in real time. You join a table, place your bets in PKR using the on-screen controls and interact with the dealer via the interface. Games include baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, blackjack and live game shows. Tables run 24 hours a day. You need a stable internet connection – a 4G mobile connection is sufficient for most Pakistani players.

In baccarat on bpexch, you bet on one of three outcomes – Player wins, Banker wins, or Tie. Two hands are dealt (Player and Banker) and the hand closest to 9 wins. Cards 2–9 are worth face value, tens and face cards are worth 0, and Aces are worth 1. If the total exceeds 9, only the second digit counts (e.g. a hand totalling 15 counts as 5). Betting on Banker has a slightly lower house edge but a small commission is applied to Banker wins.

Markets include match winner, map winner, first blood, tournament winner and live in-play betting during active matches. Account Security

After login, go to Account Settings and select the Security tab. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication. You will receive a verification code via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time you log in. With 2FA active, even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without your phone. We strongly recommend enabling this for all bpexch accounts.

On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will be emailed to you. The link expires in 30 minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support at support@bpexch-bangla.com with proof of identity. Do not share your password reset link with anyone.

Contact bpexch support immediately at support@bpexch-bangla.com using the subject line "Urgent – Unauthorised Account Access". We will lock your account, review login logs and investigate. Change your password from a trusted device as soon as possible and enable 2FA. BPExch will never ask for your password by email or chat – any message requesting your password is a phishing attempt and should be reported.
Responsible Gaming & Safe Betting

After login, go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time with instant effect. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before the new higher limit activates. This cooling-off period is intentional to help you make thoughtful decisions about your betting budget.

Self-exclusion allows you to close your bpexch account for a period of your choosing – minimum 6 months, up to permanent. During exclusion, all services are suspended, bonuses are cancelled and re-registration is blocked. You can request self-exclusion from Account Settings under Responsible Gaming or by contacting support. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period. If you need a shorter break, use the cooling-off period tool (24 hours to 30 days) instead.
